1. must be an artist that resides in the InnerBanks
2. Must have the form to the right filled out and recieved by the 14th of May.
3. Must receive a confirmation number to provide the day of the event.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING YOUR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS OR EASELS, WE WILL PROVIDE SHELTER UNDER A HUgeMOUNGOUS AWNING>
